One post seemed close and more current but the member said they never determined the cause. You need to fix the TPMS issue (which has nothing to do with tire pressure by the way) in order for VSA to work. My guess is that you have dead batteries in one or more TPMS sensor. Short pins 4 and 9 on the OBD connector located under the dash on the driver side. I used a paper clip, but any stiff (solid) light gauge wire will do.
