April 16, 2021. ActionTiles experienced a system wide outage on April 16, 2021 approximately from 3:00 pm to 3:40 pm PST. The outage occurred due to a Google Cloud component that went offline at that time. The outage affected all users, but did not result in any loss of data. The service was restored as soon as the Google Cloud outage ended.This keeps the device awake (so it uses more battery), but keeps the Fire lockscreen from activating.
