Agsu officer
ADMIN MOD. Stop wearing the AGSU to formal events. It’s a SERVICE uniform, not a DRESS uniform. No officers should be wearing it to dining ins, military balls, etc. If it must be worn, it should be enlisted wearing it like the old Army Green Uniform (with white shirt and bow tie) but the normal configuration of the AGSU is not formal.
Having said that, I still like the AGSU over the ASU. I never liked the blue uniform, it just never looked "right" to me. The crushed cap is an abomination but otherwise the AGSU is a good uniform for the Army.
