Ark survival ascended tether distance fix

Damn I thought I heard somewhere that they got rid of the tether. That's lame. There wasn't any thether distance on evolved just ~2000m from the host as soon there were 3+ players in the server. There's a setting for it under Game Rules->Rules. Slider goes up to 3, but allows you to type a higher number in.

Tethering distance is clamped so even if you have set it to 5k, internally it still can't go pass the maximum value.
