Army does not care about SAT, only ASVAB GT score. Though SAT and ASVAB GT overlap a lot, so you should be able to destroy the test given your high SAT. If you want to apply for Coast Guard, they do accept the SAT in place of the ASVAB. NOAA corps does not require any standardized testing. OAR is only for the Navy BTW.
