Cadillac Customer Care. ----------. With only 500 miles on the car and CUE update installed, I experienced my first CUE shutdown/reboot while freeway driving from San Diego to Palm Springs. I was about 40 minutes into the drive with Pandora playing, Galaxy S3 paired and route guidance active.
