There are optional tank sizes that follow the other trim levels of the 2021 F-150. The 23 gallons of gas may be equipped in the Regular Cab and SuperCab trim levels, but the SuperCrew® models use a 26-gallon tank size to fuel the 2021 F-150. ..., I think for 2014 all 4x4 F-150's had the 36 gallon tank. Not sure about 2011. I believe you could also find your original sticker from the vin number as well. EDIT: unless your gas gauge is broken, I don't see how you wouldn't have a 36 gallon tank.
