In your Data folder, try deleting everything that starts with "cc", (e.g. ccBGSFO4001-PipBoy (Black) - Main) may it be BA2 archives or ESP/ESL plugins, that's the creation club content files., u could try alt f4, then restart the game. sorry not alt f4, if its minimised that wont work. try resarting your pc. #3.
