So it looks like Comprehensive Ultrawide - 2560x1080 and 3440x1440 v1.2 was the way to go with the Comprehensive Ultrawide and Horizon Patch. However, Comprehensive Ultrawide has been taken down. There are other options: Widescreen fix. Ultra Widescreen Patches. TRUBY9 ULTRAWIDE - FALLOUT 4.
