Fo4 cbbe presets

When I load a bunch of CBBE armors into Mod Organizer (and then check the box), I go to bodyslide 2.0, but only the short list of default stuff that Caliente provides appears. All of the armors I installed do not appear on the list.

I'm using CBBE because it still has the most armours and outfits for it... so what's the best combo to get a beautiful but realistic look? I've seen some skins that even up close, they look like photos. And good body presets for bodyslide would be helpful too, i.e. not superhuge breasts or butts, etc.In Bodyslide, adjust and build the CBBE 3BBB Body (not the Unique Player body).
