1998 HONDA ACCORD. Electrical problem 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 258000 miles. A number of miles back the car had the ignition switch replaced because of the recall. About 2 years ago, we had the same problem where the car would not start and the green key light was flashing. We replaced the Ignition Switch again and just fine.
