Hard lump lower right abdomen

Hello, I have a long sausage shaped lump which feels hard, going from my hip bone and down curved towards my pubic area on my left side. I have no other symptoms and feel well, and was just wondering, after a lot of google searches, if it could be sigmoid colon? I was wondering if it is even possible for people to be able to physically feel it?
