Hydroid rework

Valkyr needs a rework, she is an old frame with abilities tailored for the old times, plus Helminth and subsumable Warcry just made her obsolete. Though I liked her pre-Melee 2.0 Hysteria moveset, when she could basically turn into levitating rabid cat swiping everything on her way, current moveset feels clunky IMO.

Hydroid needs a full rework. I was thinking about the worst frames in the game and yeah Nyx is pretty commonly brought up but a lot of people believe all she needs is some number tweaks.
