Aug 18, 2022 · Yet, Xfinity keeps having outages in my area. It's costing me money when I can't go to work. There is never a reason for the outage and only an automated bot that does not have any information. The bot tells me that a rep won't be able to help me, which is sad given that someone should know why the outage occured in the first place.
