M36 is the fuse for the outlet that some have in the back. The Add a Fuse is rated to 10A., There is not a separate fuse for the pump. It is powered from the wiper switch. If the wipers work, it's not the fuse but FYI the fuse is #14 in the block behind the glove box. You can see if the brown wire to the pump gets power when you hit the washer switch. If not probably the switch is bad, if it gets power then the pump is probably bad ...
