Other than injector issues, an LB7 would be next on my list. Some people have good luck with LLYs but most seem to be problematic. 2006 Silverado 2500 4x4. Some aftermarket up pipes do not work with stock manifolds, some aftermarket manifolds do not work with stock up pipes, different combination things like that.
