Just got update last week. Lot is not plowed, and in fact the Lakes Basin is NOT open to automobiles. Road is plowed for emergency vehicles only. This was dated 21 June. From Mono website. "Lake Mary Road and the Mammoth Lakes Basin - closed at Twin Lakes. As of 6/21, Lake Mary Road is open to foot and bike traffic to the Twin Lakes overlook.
