But we have recently found out that the Navistar Maxxforce 7 is a terrible risk. We heard the company is on the verge of bankrupcy due to being sued. The engine coolant system appears to have a major design flaws. Most likely your engine was made in 2012, probably has the older DPF, needs a new DPF and several ECM changes which have been made to enhance the DPF life. The newer DPF is less restrictive.
