I WILL contact her if the item comes broken, but I feel like I will ALSO contact Mercari. I feel like the item may have been broken before she shipped and may be using shipping as an excuse for the item being messed up. I will see when item gets here if she even bubble wrapped the item or just threw it in a jiffy bubble mailer.
