You also get quick bleed build up doing that as the dual wield moveset means you're constantly hitting foes with both weapons in quick succession. 2.So is Nagakiba with double slash and arcane scaling better than RoB. The result is that an inherent bleed weapon with Occult is going to do more damage on the same build with the same weapon but infused with bleed, while still having very similar levels of bleed because of the scaling being so much higher in arcane.It depends if you want to do a bleed build or not.
