Outlook emails stuck in outbox

The emails in question range from having no attachments to having some (small) attachments, or they could be to an internal address within our organization, or they could be to an external address. It seems completely random. Another thing I noticed is that these stuck emails have the draft icon next to them when they are stuck in the outbox.

I am using Windows 11 Mail installed from the Ap Store. I have 3 accounts configured: a gmail account, a microsoft outlook accont, and a generic IMAP account.
