Jun 20, 2014 · Place the potatoes in a single layer on a silicone lined baking sheet. Roast at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and flip, cook an additional 5 minutes if needed. Remove from the oven when lightly browned and allow them to cool completely. They continue to crisp as they cool.
