Don't forget a good pair of boots and gloves. Army clothing is also quite good and is abundant in the secret military base. Even without power the indoor space is already a few degrees insulated from outside, and you just need to add a campfire in a wide, ventilated space and on a non flammable tile if you have no antique oven or a fireplace.
