The ECM interprets Rich when the HO2S voltage is above 0.45 V. P0139 Nissan Code - HO2S12 Slow Response., The P0139 code (O2 Circuit Slow response) came which is the downstream O2 sensor Bank 1 sesnor 2 behind the catalytic convertor. I initially replaced it with a Denso O2 sensor. After a week the same code came back. I figured maybe it was a bad sensor. I replaced it with a NTK/NGK sensor and a couple of weeks later I got the same P0139 code.
