ATT is refusing to unlock my phone. After I spent an entire day on phone with incompetent customer support, I finally got a unlock request submitted. However, It is telling me that my phone is "new" and has to wait 60 days to be unlocked. That is completely false. My phone is 4-5 years old (Iphone 11) and was purchased at ATT. It is fully paid off.
