RRECS assumes 425 letters in a DPS tray. That number seems reasonable for my route on the average. But can vary from day to day and route to route. Some mailers are thicker, some thinner, some trays are crammed full, etc. Best to count your trays and check with your EoR DPS numbers to get a rough average. C.

There is no time standard for other mail prep, like dumping sacks, so I'm not sure how a carrier wlll be credited. Also no time credit for withdrawing "raw mail" or prebundled flats. Not sure how that will be counted., It wasn't the software or a math failure this time. It was 100% mgmt failing to verify redlined data which caused the system to not be able to average survey time. Reply, The RREDP will be available to all carriers wishing to file disputes over items that are questionable on the October 7th evaluations The deadline for all disputes to be filed is 10/20/2023 at Close of Business (5:00pm EST). The disputes are to be filed in your offices with your management off the clock, not in PM duties.
