What you do is, once you get a tracking number, you can go to their site and change the shipping stuff. You should be able to select hold at fed ex facility for pickup.

What they do is bid the routes out and whoever comes in the lowest gets the route. Steam Deck Stolen twice in ..., I woke up this morning to find a tiny little box on my doorstep confused on what it could be and realized they shipped the dock and the Steam Deck separately (which makes sense) and I realized I had two different tracking numbers so I looked at the one for Deck and it said it would be delivered before 2pm so I waited at home all morning and …, by SteamDeckThrowaway. It's been 20 days since my SteamDeck Shipped. FedEx lost it (accepts blame) and Valve won't send me a new one, citing a "warehouse investigation" …, This person was able to get a refund from Valve, and through some miracle, FedEx eventually tracked down the missing Steam Deck. See, happy endings do exist. Others didn't have such luck ..., As for tracking not updating, it's pretty common occurrence so just be patient. If it doesn't get to in 7 "business" days after it was "deployed", meaning scanned by FedEx, email valve. It sounds like it most probably missed a scan on collection or whenever FedEx scan the bulk batch into the system.
