I remembered totto ramen being better than it was. The broth was good but not particularly great, and I didn't like the noodles that much. There are so many other ramen places in NY - go elsewhere! VIBE/SERVICE We opted for outdoor dining, which was not as comfortable/nice as some other outdoor set ups.
