With start fuse out, no longer getting the 9 volts on solenoid out. it is zero. Put starter fuse back, it becomes 9 volts on solenoid out. Pull ALT-S fuse out, it is the same on solenoid out, get 9 volts., First was '07 SE. The issue I'm having is a no crank no start issue. I have a charger hooked up to battery so good juice.
