Trying to make sure it isn't the expansion tank. If it is rising when the system isn't heating then it has to be potable water leaking in. The 2 possibilities are: 1. The coil in the indirect water heater is leaking. 2. The pressure reducing valve isn't holding. The other wrench in the works here is we don't know if those ball valves are holding.
