I'm full health, no health moodles, maybe some panic and hunger. I fight a zombie, another creeps up from the side/behind, no problem I just push the first guy over and turn to ..., I have downloaded a couple of mods and I came across the "They Knew" mod. I had gotten Ampule pretty early on and I eventually got scratched which lead to an infection. I broke the ampule on myself but the infection effect didn't go away, I have progressed roughly a day since this. will this be a problem. I think I still may be taking damage.
